NOTICE is hereby given that the share certificates for 550 nos of equity shares of Rs 10 each of TORRENT POWER LIMITED bearing distinctive nos 43175089 to 43175638 under folio no 0011777 and comprised in share certificate no 11777 registered in the names of Mr. Radhakrishna P Nair jointly with Ms. Rukmani Krishnakutty have been lost and the undersigned have applied to TORRENT POWER LIMITED for issue of duplicate share certificates in respect to the said share. Any person who has a claim in respect of the said shares should lodge such claims with the Company at its registered Office at Torrent House, off Ashram road, Ahmedabad -380009 within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice failing which the company will proceed for issue duplicate share certificates.
